About this Holiday House
Our charming cottage is a classy and funky home in the elegant tree-lined Heritage Seymour Avenue, just 2 mins drive, or a delightful 8-10 minute riverstream walk into Nelson's CBD's cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. A few minutes up the Brook and you have a myriad of walking and cycling tracks, and the Waimarama Sanctuary. The popular Maitai River is nearby - a favourite swimming hole.
The cottage oozes charm, quality and comfort. Our 3 double bedroom/2 bathroom home has a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry. A gorgeous outdoor area features a BBQ and pizza oven. Surrounded by bush and birdsong - you will love the location and relaxing environment.

Standard rate - April - 4 December - except for Easter as below - NZD $195 per night* (for up to 4 guests) + $35 per extra guest per night
+$75 - cleaning and linen charge

- 21 Dec - 6 Jan 2019- 4 nights minimum -$560 per night (maximum 6 people)
- Easter 18-22 April 2019 - 3 nights minimum - $300 per night (for 2 people) + $35 per extra guest per night
- Summer High Season 5-21 Dec, 7 Jan - end March 2019 -$250 per night (for 2 people) + $35 per extra guest per night-
+$75 for cleaning and linen charge
