Magic in Marlborough Nelson Highlights Day trip
Come with ‘Magic in Marlborough’ and enjoy the delights of Nelson - the Arts, the shopping, the beach and lunch over the water. (1¾ hours away from Marlborough)
- You will be picked up from your Marlborough accommodation at 9am and travel by car to Nelson.
- Stop off enroute for a coffee break at the lovely Pelorus River.
- Spend the day in Nelson visiting the Arts, lunching over the water and … any appealing ideas below.
- Share our own map and stories of our local favourite spots including art and shopping and let’s visit your places of interest. From art galleries to glass blowing studios to funky arty shops where resident artists , gallery proprietors can to talk with you about their works and techniques.
- Or by request we can visit; the famous WOW (World of Wearable Arts and Collectable Cars Museum) - additional charges for entry fees would apply, wineries, breweries, the very popular Tahunanui Beach, Mapua or other preferred excursions beyond the City. These can be discussed and negotiated.
- Go shopping for art, jewellery, eclectic furniture, designer fashion included. Jo adores fashion and personal style and has worked as a fashion stylish frequently with women over many years - she is happy to accompany you and offer opinion or offer venue suggestions and a map and send you on your way.
- Travel in our Mercedes SUV or sporty Volvo convertible to Nelson. (either from Marlborough, a journey of an hour and a half over the Whangamoa Saddle or within Nelson.).
Departure Nelson at 3.30pm to arrive in Blenheim 5pm.
